Note About Hotmail
Issues have recently been reported with Hotmail and email lists. Both the Merge lists have experienced problems with email not getting delivered to Hotmail accounts.

What can I do?
Your best bet for receiving email from the Merge lists is to not use Hotmail. Google's Gmail and Yahoo! Email are both good web-based alternatives.
Since we're using Google Groups to keep in contact with everyone, you will obviously get the best experience from using Gmail, but the choice is ultimately yours.
Don't want to give up Hotmail?
If you want to continue using your Hotmail address, you can set up a Gmail account and have Merge emails redirected to your Hotmail account.
We've set up a test case, and so far it's been working like a champ. Here's how you do it.
- Create a Gmail Account
- Once your account is created and you're logged in to Gmail, choose "Settings" from the upper right hand menu.
- Select "Filters" from the list of options
- Select "Create a new filter"
- In the "Subject" field, put [Merge] for the main Merge group and [Merge Bulletin] for the bulletin group.
- Click the "Next Step »" button
- Check the "Forward it to:" box and fill in the field with your Hotmail email address
- Click the "Create Filter" button
- Sign up to one or both of the Merge lists using the new Gmail address
- Email should be forwarded from Gmail to your Hotmail account
